Sexy katz be in yo area!

*cough, cough. sniffle, cough. sniffle.*
As you can guess from the previous coughing/sniffling, I'm sick! I'mma try to go to school tomorrow, though. Hopefully this is just a cold. The usual head throbbing, nose stuffed, dizzy business.
Anyways, I've been sooooo bored and I wanna say sorry for not coming on here a bunch lately, and even when I was getting on my posts were only written halfheartedly. So for those of you still reading, thanks!!!!
I've been like Über bored, as I mentioned earlier, so I entertained myself by taking a picture of my cat and making a So-Lame-It's-Hilarious ad.

Yeah, well, that's just Zoey Kelly for ya!(: Haha.

NEW Kitties!

We are getting new kitties! Today we drove around all day, looking all over town for the right kitten for us. We ended up choosing two! One is a little fluffball and one is jetblack:)  We get to bring them home tomorrow, because they have been taken to the veternarian to get checked one last time.  Cross your fingers!  We do not want them to have anything bad [obviously]!  We are going to name the lil' fluffball "Indy" and the other one "Vader".  After Indiana Jones & Starwars...Sammy is happy about that one:)

Hermit Crabs

It has been 9 days since the hermit crabs have gotten safely home.  And I am proud to say all ten of them are alive!  They are NOT throw-away pets.  I will tell you that.  There are so many requirements and such for them to be able to live.  They need bunches of attention, and tons of woork needs to be ton everyday.  And it seems like all of the work is for nothing becuase they are nocturnal, so I never see them do anything.  Every night [I have gotten into a habit] of staying up unitl 3 o'clock in the morning, but I still don't see any action from the little guys.  Then I will wake up arond 9:30 or 10:00 just to see them going back in their little hidding spots to sleep.  *Sigh*...but I know it is so worth it!   I will keep you update on them, K?  Here are some pictures!

This is my hermit crab log book, so I can keep up with the routines, and there is a list and information for a crab-sitter if I have to leave.

And this is their cage.  Which contains the following:
*Salwater in a lid
*Fresh, de-chlorinated water in a lid
*Fake plant/hiding spot
*Damp rag [changed daily] to mantain humidity
*Sticky thermometer
*Healthy moist  mulch
*Sea shells from the original beach they came from
*A stick to climb on
*Lid
*10 gallon tank

Coming Over

In a couple minutes Vicky is coming over!  For some random reason we are going to put on our bathing suits and jump on the trampoline screaming like two CRAZY girls (which we are can be!).  All of her family memebers seem to be out and about right now, so lucky me!  I love it when this happens!

*You know that's not it:
We had to flush our fish, Wrigley, down the toilet ='(

Pictures of Fishy

As I was putting labels on my posts, I saw about 4 posts saying
"I will put pics of Wrigley on! Promise!". But I guess never got around
to it. So here are some pictures of Wrigley for you!

He is a beta, a pretty little guy. You can't really tell in the picture but he is Red, blue and and white/silver. Those are the Chicago Cubs colors! That is
why we named him Wrigley, because that is the Cubs' baseball field.

Right now my friend my friend Vicky is over and going VERY CRAZY!

We found a cat today (orange! =D), which we named Po =]

Thanks for reading, but not much time to post now. I will be sure to keep it

up more! The whole point is just to post everyday so that is what I am doing.

No theme change for today....sorry! =[

Wrigley

We got a new fish named Wrigley!

We called him that because the Cubs, our favorite

baseball team, play at Wrigley Field and because he is blue and red like

two of the three Cubs colors. And because he wiggles a lot. My mom picked

out this uber-awesome tank for him that is cant proof.

Tomorrow I am going to post a pic of him.

And do not worry guys, you will get the real me next week when my project

is over with! I am so stressed out but with the help of my

grandparents and mom I have achieved so much! They helped like crazy

and that I am so thankful for. Thanks for reading (I have literately said

that fifty-two times). See you (and you will see me also!)

Byeas!!!

Picture of my kittens

Hey guys!

These are some pictures of my adorable kittens!

We ended up naming the orange-yellow one "Cheeto" because he likes Cheetos, plus he

looks like one! They are both males, they are actually brothers, and they are

tabbies. Cheeto is very playful, while the grey one, who doesn't have a name ( we

just call him "Greykitty". We are going to wait until a name catches on ), is very

laid back. WARNING - They have very sharp claws! Need proof? Today they

scratched my leg and this very second it is bleeding! Thanks for reading about my

adorable kittens!

Pets

This was one of the suggestions on a comment form my previous post!

When you get home and you are lonesome

( Even if you have a brother or sister they aren't very fun to play with, in my case)

Then what to do, what to do?

Well, here is an idea!

Get a pet!

Maybe, your parent's won't let you so here are some tips that might loosen your parent's up a little:

- DO ALL OF YOUR CHORES
your parent's will know you can clean up after yourself and if you do it good enough they will think you can clean up your pet's messes, too

- DO EXTRA LITTLE THINGS
they may be little things but it can add up to a lot

- MAKE GOOD CHOICES
your parent's will know how responsible you are if you make the right choices

- DON'T PUSH IT
just because your parent's are thinking about it, it doesn't mean you are getting a pet

- DON'T COMPLAIN
that will make your parent's think you are less responsible and not patient.

Choosing a pet can be pretty hard, too.

Here is a website that has a quiz that will help you choose the right pet, one that fits you the most:

http://www.quizilla.com/quizzes/7974866/what-pet-is-right-for-you

I made the quiz myself!

Look for the username "PrettyKitty18"!

I hope you like it!

I also hope you get a pet soon!

( I mean- if you want one!)

I hope I helped!

Pinky

Lucy (my BFF!) and I were on an early morning walk, to get some fresh air.
It was on a Saturday morning ( which I know a lot of you like to sleep in) but I have proof
that early bird gets the worm, in other words if you sleep in you don't make as many discoveries or have nearly as much fun!
I was roller blading, I am a beginner, and she was walking.
I saw a little moth on the side walk.
I figured it would just fly away if I got close to it but it didn't!
I nearly ran over it but managed to stretch my legs apart (with out falling!)
and get back smoothly on the sidewalk. When we were walking back I saw the moth again.
"Why didn't it fly away?" I thought.
I called Lucy and showed her the moth.
"I think this moth's wing is broken!" I said.
"Yeah I think it is, too!" said Lucy.
"It must be deformed we learned about that in school a couple of years ago" I said.
I put my hand on the ground and let him crawl on it (he actually trusted me!) and we went back to our houses.
It was hard to bring him all the way without falling!
But that's what friends are for, Lucy helped me a lot getting home with out mushing him.
We looked up on the internet to see what type of moth he was.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find out, so of course we didn't know what to feed him.
"They eat clothes!" my dad said smiling.
"Great idea!" we said.
We went to Lucy's house (we are neighbor's)
and we got some clothes that she was going to give away because they were
to small for her, and we got a shoe box and put the clothes in it.
It was raining earlier in the morning and the grass had water on it.
"Perfect!" I said, "now the moth has water".
We gave him some leafs (I smelled it first, because if they have a strong smell you shouldn't feed it to animals) and put them in the shoe box.
He was doing great!
"I hope the moth is a girl!" said Lucy.
I agreed with her but I have a feeling the moth is a boy.
"What should we name him?" I asked.
"her" She corrected me.
"okay then. Let me try aging: What should we name HER?" I asked smiling.
"How about..."
"Pinky"
"Nah, Lucy, I think that is just, well, it doesn't fit." I said
I thought of some more names that actually made sense, but none of them seemed to catch on.
I showed Pinky to my family and we took care of him for a while.
But then....
well....
Lucy...
she said he was dying anyways so she....
sort of....
smashed him!
I know, I know.
How can a person be so cruel?
Well, now Pinky is dead.
Pet's come and go.
So let me give you some advice:
If you friend is dying in the hospital don't throw her/him on the floor and squish her/him!
I'm not over it yet but I will be soon. :(
I hope you learned a lesson!!!~zoe~

P.S. I will be posting pictures of Lucy and I and Pinky when he was ALIVE! Lucy if you are reading this I just want you to know I am mad at you! >:(
